Gourley has performed as CEO/CFO for six Crosslake portfolio companies. In addition, he has built and managed numerous management teams for companies in the portfolio.

CFO Ahsan Choudhry has vast experience of leading finance, operations and strategy deployment in the aerospace and defense sector. Previous affiliations include Albany Engineered Composites, Safran Seats & Arconic (Howmet), in various operations and finance leadership roles. He is a turnaround and transformational business leader noted for team building, talent development, scaling global businesses for rapid growth, creating value, maximizing ROI, optimizing working capital and realizing process efficiencies.
