Managing Partner Britt Gourley is the founder and principle of Crosslake Group, LLC. A successful investor and operations tactician, Gourley started Crosslake in 2003. Gourley has performed as CEO/CFO for six Crosslake portfolio companies. In addition, he has built and managed numerous management teams for companies in the portfolio.
